NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-011144-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and JEAN M. PLENNERT, ROBERT B. PLENNERT JR., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 437, of ALOHA GARDENS, UNIT SIX, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at Pages 69 and 70, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
