PETERSON, WENDY LYONS, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY PETERSON, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THOUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GEORGE KENNETH PETERSON, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA , KRISTINA A. PETERSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOROTHY PETERSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRYSTAL PETERSON, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Dorothy Peterson, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 128 of Seven Springs Home, Unit One, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 44 and 45, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
