NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2014, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-3, is the Plaintiff, and DAVID L. GAGNON AKA DAVID GAGNON, LINDA GAGNON, SOUTHERN OAKS OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. and USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (“USAA FSB”), are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on FEBRUARY 2, 2015, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M., at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 350, SOUTHERN OAKS UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 43 THROUGH 47, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 4349 Fort Shaw Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34655 (“Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
