Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 10, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT D, BUILDING 7152, BAYWOOD MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1211, PAGES 792 THROUGH 988, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12065 PROCTOR LOOP UNIT 4, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
