NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA002578CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and LISA HAVILAND; MICHAEL HAVILAND; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100010400396421941), are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com,, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of January, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
