NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006514-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and DONALD H LUDINGTON; SUZANNE LUDINGTON A/K/A SUZANNE M LUDINGTON; SAMANTHA WOMELSDORF A/K/A SAMANTHA M WOMELSDORF; ET AL, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this January 6th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
