NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 13, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 51-2010-CA-004857-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS,INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-19, is the Plaintiff and FRANKLIN TAYLOR A/K/A FRANK TAYLOR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FAIRMONT SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY; SURETY CORPORATION OF AMERICA - FLORIDA, INC., AND/OR AMERICAN BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY OF FLORIDA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 1/8/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
