NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 2013-CA-001617ES, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE, as the Plaintiff, and JULIA A. DANENHOWER; STEVEN R. DANENHOWER a/k/a STEVE DANENHOWER; LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST PROPERTY OWNERS; TENANT #1 n/k/a CYNTHIA KING, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the Property, the Clerk of Pasco County will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 563, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
