Notice is hereby giveN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 26, 2014, in the above-styled action, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT N and O, OSCEOLA HIGHWAY ADDITION as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 122, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida: LESS and EXCEPT a parcel of land described as follows:
For a Point of Beginning commence at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot N and run thence due North along the West boundary of said Lot N, a distance of 124.21 feet; thence South 64Ëš15'43” East, 113.22 feet; thence South 0Ëš24'22” West, 141.21 feet to a point on an 824.61 feet radius curve to the left, said point lying on the Southerly boundary of said Lot O; run thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve along said Southerly boundary 1.25 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot N, said arc being subtended by a 1.35 feet chord having a bearing of South 52Ëš36'51” East; from said Southeasterly corner thence continue Northwesterly along the arc of said curve along the Southerly boundary of said Lot N a distance of 119.59 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said arc being subtended by a 119.49 foot chord having a bearing of Noth 56Ëš48'44” West.

LESS and EXCEPT that portion that was acquired by the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, for R.O.W. on State Road 52, being described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the existing South right-of-way line of State Road 52 and the West line of said Tract N; thence South 00Ëš11'57” East, along said West line a distance of 27.55 feet to a point on a curve, concave Northerly and having a radius of 1986.86 feet; thence Easterly along the arc of said curve a distance of 201.92 feet, the chord for which bears South 82Ëš13'14” East through a central angle of 05Ëš49'22” to the East line of said Tract O; thence North 00Ëš14'16” West, along said East line a distance of 27.16 feet to the exisiting South right-of-way line of State Road 52, said South right-of-way line being a curve, concave Northerly and having a radius of 1959.86 feet; thence Westerly along the arc of said curve a distance of 201.96 feet; the chord for which bears North 82Ëš06'34” West through a central angle of 05Ëš54'15” to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
