TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 15 FEET OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 528 FEET OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, AND OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 528 FEET OF THE SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 WEST OF POWERLINE ROAD, IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (ALSO KNOWN AS TRACT 3) TOGETHER WITH A 1996 TRINITY PRODUCTS,
commonly known as 36850 TERRY RD, DADE CITY, FL 33523 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Ashley L. Simon of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before January 12, 2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
