Final Judgment was awarded on October 25, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-011653, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and ABUAHMAD KARIM; TASMIA KARIM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ABUAHMAD KARIM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TASMIA KARIM; NORTH OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT 196, BUILDING 7, NORTH OAKS CONDOMINUM IV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4831, PAGE 204 AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4896, PAGE 845; SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4919, PAGE 205; THIRD AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4976, PAGE 678; FOURTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORD BOOK 5079, PAGE 1317, AND FIFTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5160, PAGE 605, AND AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTAINING THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
