NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 3, 2014 and entered in the above-styled cause, in which FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANDREW BUTLER,A/K/A ANDREW R. BUTLER UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW R. BUTLER, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, BILL T. HUDSON, and THERESA MARIE MOORE are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Hillsborough County, Florida will offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder on January 7, 2015, at 10:00 AM for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
