NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Unit 12183, CARROLLWOOD GABLES, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 8576, pages 602 through 658, inclusive, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, page 64, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 2, 2015.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
