NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-1317 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES (FHAMS 2007-FA3), BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RICHARD M. PENSA, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTSAS SPOUSES , ESTATE OF RICHARD M PENSA, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, C.D. FORTSON, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of January, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7 LESS THE NORTH 348 FEET THEREOF, AND THE EAST 66.25 FEET OF LOT 8, LESS THE NORTH 348 FEET THEREOF, OF WARREN ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
