NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9 September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-004213 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-NC2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC2, is the Plaintiff and Cassie Boccabello also known as Cassie Jo Boccabello, Kirk E. Boccabello, United States of America, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 6th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
