NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 24, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-012385 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein REAL STRATEGIC CAPITAL, LLC is the Plaintiff and WENDY BOLES A/K/A WENDY R. BOLES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY BOLES A/K/A WENDY R. BOLES N/K/A JERRY BOLES; RICHARD V ZDANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF N.C.; THE VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/12/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
