WADE; TERRANCE DAVIS A/K/A TERRENCE DAVIS A/K/A TERRANCE P. DAVIS; ALICIA LASHAWN DAVIS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A ERNESTINE ROWLAND, and TENANT #2 N/K/A NICOLE R. DAVIS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/12/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
