NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08-CA-016010 DIV M in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, Plaintiff, and, DEMETRIO MARTINEZ, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 73, RIVERRANCH PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104 AT PAGE 211 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
