NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008317 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS BACON; JOY BACON AND WYNDHAM LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
