Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Amended Second Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Set Biding Procedure dated November 24, 2014 and a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-10857, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, CenterState Bank of Florida, N.A., and against the Defendants, James H. Dowling, III, Nora Dowling, NCO Portfolio Management Inc., Ashe Industries Inc., and State of Florida Department of Revenue, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 9, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. EST (the sale shall be conducted by Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County Florida), the following described real property as set forth in the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 121 FEET OF THE WEST 330 FEET OF THE SOUTH 418 FEET OF THE SW ¼ OF THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 40 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
The real property is commonly known as 110 E. Old Hillsborough Avenue, Seffner, FL 33584.
In the event of a bid payment default by a third-party bidder, and in the event the next highest bidder is the Plaintiff, CenterState Bank of Florida, N.A., the Clerk shall issue an Amended Certificate of Sale in favor of the Plaintiff, and proceed with the issuance of the Certificate of Title in accordance therewith.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
