NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-CA-006181 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-HE6, Plaintiff, and, GREGORY MIERZWINSKI, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 9th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 5, BUILDING 1, OF CLUB BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM,
ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3957, PAGE 1282 THROUGH 1363, AS AMENDED IN O.R.BOOK 4003, PAGE 1071, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES, TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM WITH EVERY PRIVILEGE, RIGHT, TITLE, INTEREST, AND ESTATE, REVERSION, REMAINDER AND EASEMENT HERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
