Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2014-CC-018026 in the County Court of Hillsborough, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Lot 8, NATURE TERRACE TOWNHOMES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGES 171 AND 172, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The mailing address of the property is 5820 Nature Terrace Cove, Tampa, FL., 33617
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on January 2, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
