NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-06602-C of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and YUSUF WILSON A/K/A YUSUF S. WILSON; CLAUDIUS WILSON; THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIERRA M. ZABULON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VIRGINIA YAZID are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 02, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7638, BUILDING 2000, OF THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4381, PAGE 1167, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
