NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-001903 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and HARRINGTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; JOSEPH NEARHOUSE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NA, ; FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS II, INC SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC; PILOT BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH NEARHOUSE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 02, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 3, HARRINGTON PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 28 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5574, PAGE 121 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
