NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001502 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and PETER E. NELSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A parcel of land in the North 172.7 feet of the South 1272.4 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 30 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: From the West right of way line of Purvis Road on the East side of the above described tract run thence West 504 feet along the North line of the above described tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING, continue thence West 252 feet, thence South 172.7 feet thence East 252 feet thence North 172.7 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH an easement over and across the following described property from the Southwest corner of Section 14, Township 30 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence North 1079.70 feet, thence East to the West right of way of Purvis Road for a POINT OF BEGINNING, thence run West 756 feet thence North 20 feet, thence East 756 feet to said West right of way of Purvis Road, thence South to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
