NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, and entered in 11-CA-014408 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE W. CHAMBERS, DECEASED; FEDERATION OF KINGS POINT ASSOCIATIONS, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GLOUCESTER G CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A KINGS POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM, INC; DONNETTE BOWDEN, AS EXECUTOR OF THE NON-PROBATED ESTATE OF MARJORIE W. CHAMBERS, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 188 OF GLOUCESTER G. CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, ASSESSMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3673 PAGE 1138, AND ANY AMENDMENTS TEHRETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
