HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-WF1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. GRIFFIN; WILSON J. GRIFFIN; THE REGENCY OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/6/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
