Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 2, 2014, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit No. 408 in Building “H”, MOORINGS OF MAXIMO, a Condominium according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16 at Pages 18-22 and as amended by Affidavit recorded in O.R. Book 4115, Page 923, as Clerk's Instrument No. 73175891; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4102, Page 231, as Clerk's Instrument No. 73158327; and Amendment thereof recorded in O.R. Book 4115, Page 925, as Clerk's Instrument No. 73175892 and as may be amended from time to time and recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

At public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 13, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.
