Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 2, 2014, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 109, THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT SIX, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, Pages 46 through 48, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
At public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 7, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.
