NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 10-13898-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RAMP 2006RS6 is the Plaintiff and Tamara Rampino A/K/A Tamara Denise Rampino; Unknown Spouse of Tamara Rampino A/K/A Tamara Denise Rampino; Regions Bank as Successor By Merger to Amsouth Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 4, FOURTH ADDITION TO LUCYMAR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
