NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 30th day of July A.D., 2014, in the cause wherein Bonnie J. Barlow and Bonnie Barlow Marketing, Inc., was plaintiff, and Marc Barlow was defendant(s), being case number 10-15381-CI-11 in the said court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Marc Barlow aka Marc Edmund Barlow, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 11, Block 9, SIRMONS ESTATES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 30 and 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
