NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005768 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-RS5 is the Plaintiff and Grieta Patenaude; Jonathan B. Cody; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 59, LEWIS ISLAND SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 31-31-17-51498-059-0070 TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
