NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 14-001527-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and BLAYLOCK, SCOTT, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 15, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 20.00 FEET OF THE WEST 132.00 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 6, BRIGHTON BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 120, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
