Unit No 6, Building No. C-4340, of Maximo Harbour, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 41, page(s) 49 through 52, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O R Book 5012, page 1670 through 1733, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on STEVEN H. MEZER, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross, P A , Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before 1-12-2015, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before sevice on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer
