NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered December 1, 2014, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 13, Building 3, THE TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of The Townhomes of Lake Seminole Condominium No. 3 as recorded in Official Records Book 5006, Page 929, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Pages 113-116, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address : 9209 Seminole Blvd. #13, Seminole, FL 33772.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of January, 2015.
