NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005381 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL SANDOVAL; JACQUELINE SANDOVAL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HOMEVEST CAPITAL, LLC A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; TIMEPAYMENT CORP.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/20/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
