NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 12, Wing A, Building B-9, ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT FIVE, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3163, Pages 784 to 809, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 67, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and, and more commonly described as 2452 Brazilia Drive, #12, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.

at public sale, on the 30th day of December, 2014 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
