LOT 30, SUNILAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8125 52ND WAY N., PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
