NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16th , 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-002495 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWL, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-09, is Plaintiff and STACEY DEVALD A/K/A STACEY L. DEVALD A/K/A STACEY LYNN DEVALD, et al., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF LOT 3 FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3, RUN ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 3, BY A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, RADIUS 906 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 13 DEGREES 0'50” WEST 24.21 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 76 DEGREES 52'15” E, 130.36 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE BY A CURVE TO THE LEFT, RADIUS 1036.5 FEET, CHORD NORTH 12 DEGREES 57'15” EAST, 28.48 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE NORTH 78 DEGREES 45'11” WEST, 130.43 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING

PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
