NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23rd, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2008-009906-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2002 FOR MORGAN STANLEY DEAN WITTER CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2002-AM2, is Plaintiff and ANDREW BLANTZ, et. al., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, AND THE WEST 16 FEET OF LOT 4, LESS THE NORTH 4.5 FEET FROM SAID LOT AND PORTION OF LOT FOR ROAD BLOCK 1 , REPLAT WAYNE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF , AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 139, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINNELAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3620 38th AVENUE NORTH, ST PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
