NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12th, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-012172 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff and JOHN H. BAIRD, et.al., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 46, REPLAT OF A PART OF A SUBDIVISION OF DUNEDIN ISLES UNIT NO. 1 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 470 HIBISCUS LN N, DUNEDIN, FL 34698
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
