NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 5, Block G, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 52, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 634 Green Valley Rd. #G5, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 30, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
