NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27th, 2014 and entered in Case No. 09-007976-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, 2006-AR41, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR41 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2006, is Plaintiff and Billy J. Donald Sr., et, al., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 1705, BUILDING XVII, LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62 INCLUSIVE, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 95 THROUGH 101 INCLUSIVE AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 102 THROUGH 107 INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6000, PAGES 1082 THROUGH 1163 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6092, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
