NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4th, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017666 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2006 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-NC2 MORTGAGE PASS-THORUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC2, is Plaintiff and MARIE SHANKLAND A/K/A MARIE E. SHANKLAND, et. al., are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 6, CUMBERLAND OARK 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 37 AND 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY,FLORIDA.
Located: 7957 Cottonwoode Drive, Largo, FL 33773
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
