NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2014, and entered in 10-015832-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11 is the Plaintiff and GABRIELA HEBIN; JAMES HEBIN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 05, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 62 AND 63 AND THE EAST 10.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 60.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 73.00 FEET OF LOT 64, ALL BEING IN THE PLAT OF HARBOR VIEW #2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 6, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
