NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 9, 2014 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
ALL OF LOT 44, AND PART OF LOT 51, BLOCK , SUNSET HIGHLANDS UNIT 1, THAT PART OF LOT 51 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 44, OF SUNSET HIGHLANDS UNIT 1 (PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA) AS A POINT OF BEGINNING RUN SOUTH 21 DEGREES 05 MINUTES 09 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 44, 61.01 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 44, THENCE RUN NORTH 81 DEGREES 21 MINUTES 27 SECONDS WEST 164.77 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 77 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 21 SECONDS EAST 144.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 13th day of February, 2015 at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
