Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem entered in the above styled case, number 2014-CC-004028 in the County Court of Pinellas, Florida, that the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
APARTMENT NO. 302 CASA DEL SOL ALHAMBRA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5443, PAGE 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on January 6, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
