NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-020695-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PENG K. YAP; BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; SUMMERPORT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TOM VAN HYNING; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, SUMMERPORT, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
