NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 5th day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009414-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and IRIS R. KECK A/K/A IRIS KECK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRIS R. KECK; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; SYLVAN POND HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N. A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 139, SYLVAN POND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 97 AND 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
