NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 30th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017659-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and SAMUEL RAWLINS; FRANCENA RAWLINS; KERWIN RAWLINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KERWIN RAWLINS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUTTON RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, OF SUTTON RIDGE PHASE I, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, AT PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
